Meet Tiffani Bresnick, LCSW, PMH-C

Michelle De Sedas, Phd

Tiffani Bresnick, LCSW, PMH-C

I work with individuals navigating life transitions, stress, and emotional challenges, using an integrative psychotherapy approach tailored to each person’s needs. In a respectful, safe environment, we explore the emotions, behaviors, and thought patterns that may be keeping you from living more fully. I offer guidance, feedback, and practical tools to help you increase self-awareness, build healthy coping strategies, and break patterns that no longer serve you. I also provide specialized support for caregivers, helping you manage the unique emotional demands of caring for a loved one, coping with grief and loss, and maintaining your own well-being.
